About Us

Active Minds was formed in 1991 with our first game being touted as great, with good packaging, good play core and with the element of risk. International Toy Fairs brought interest to representatives from France, Germany, South America, Australia, Egypt and Japan. With many years of dedication and work, we have developed and expanded an excellent product line, for both schools and home use.

Born in British Columbia, Canada, Sandy Evans is a multi-media artist, author and the creator of Comet - "The Fast Path to Learning".

Our paramount goal with Comet is to teach and empower students and adults, so that spelling and learning can be fun in a very unique way.

Playing will enrich vocabulary, aid reading comprehension, improve writing skills and increase confidence at school and work. Let's not forget that Comet is also fun to play! .

Our Vision

Developing a foundation to aid the abandoned, abused and neglected children, wherever possible in the world. We will give the children a bright future full of hope and promise, and this can only be accomplished through a good education. Active Minds truly believes that knowledge is the benefit of education.

With these current Editions completed: Children, Family, Bible, Health, History, Graduate, College and Master, Active Minds will introduce the Art Edition in 2011.
